The menu for this week’s BBQ on the Quad (Wednesday, June 26) features foods inspired by the West Coast, including salmon burgers, grilled portobello mushrooms, grilled chicken breast and sides of grilled summer squash and lemon-parsley potato salad, romaine Caesar salad and mixed baby greens with citrus and berries.
Each meal is $8.50 for one protein and includes sides, iced tea or lemonade and ice cream. Extra protein can be purchased for $3.50. Ice cream purchased separately is $2 and bottled water or a can of soda is $1.50.
The BBQ on the Quad, featuring musical guest Luca Mundaco, will take place on the Case Quad in front of Tomlinson Hall Wednesday, June 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
