The summer barbecue season will continue Wednesday, July 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad with a Caribbean theme and music by DJ Kris Koch.
This week’s menu includes:
- Asian Vegetable Lo Mein Salad
- Spinach and Vegetable Salad with Kalamanzi Vinaigrette
- Vegetable Fried Rice
- Stir-Fry Vegetables
- Teriyaki New Creation Farm Burger
- Chili-Garlic Chicken Breast
- Black Bean Garden Burger
- Ice Cream Novelties
Each barbecue event costs $9 per person for one protein and sides or $10 for two proteins and sides. The price includes a full menu, beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment. Cash, CaseCash and CaseCharge are accepted.
