The summer barbecue season concludes today (July 29) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad with a Middle East theme and music by TriHearn.
Today’s menu includes:
- fattoush salad with pomegranate vinaigrette
- chickpea tabbouleh
- saffron rice
- roasted zucchini and squash with golden raisins
- lemon oregano New Creation burger
- tahini chicken breast
- garden vegetable burger
- ice cream novelties
The barbecue event costs $9 per person for one protein and sides or $10 for two proteins and sides. The price includes a full menu, beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment. Cash, CaseCash and CaseCharge are accepted.
