‘Butler’ author coming to Case Western Reserve University, discusses Oscar snub
Ohio.com: Wil Haygood, Washington Post contributor and author of the acclaimed “The Butler: A Witness to History,” will speak at Case Western Reserve on Jan. 24 as a part of the university’s weeklong celebration of the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. Haygood will discuss his book, its successful film adaptation and the unfortunate implications of the film’s Academy Awards snub.
