Researchers at Case Western Reserve University and the MetroHealth Medical System are
interested in your experience with various mental health issues.
o We have a secure online survey that you can complete in about 15-25
minutes.
o The survey is voluntary, and you can skip questions or stop at any time.
o The survey is anonymous, and no identifiable information will be collected.
o The survey will contain questions about your injury, your health, and
activities that may have been affected by your IPV experience.
o Some of the survey questions may make you feel uncomfortable, but you
can skip or stop the survey at any time.
o There is no direct benefit to you in participation, but the information you
provide will help in the development of tools and interventions that may help
other women in the future.
