The Women Faculty of the School of Medicine will hold its Spring Dinner on Tuesday, May 19, at 5:30 p.m. in the Allen Memorial Library.
Francine Kaufman, chief medical officer and vice president of global diabetes for Medtronic Inc., will be the guest speaker at the event. Kaufman is also Distinguished Emerita Professor of pediatrics and communications at the Keck School of Medicine and Annenberg School of Communications at University of Southern California.
A cocktail reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and Kaufman’s speech at 6:30 p.m. The dinner and membership dues are $45 and can be paid at the door with cash or check.
Guests can park in Lot S29 Campus Center Parking Garage behind Severance Hall.
