Cheryl Mattingly, professor at the University of Southern California, will present the 2013 Kassen Lecture, titled “Vulnerability, Virtue Ethics and the Anthropology of Suffering.” The lecture will be held Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in Mather Memorial Building 201.
