Attend the Visual Sciences Research Center’s upcoming symposium

The Case Western Reserve University Visual Sciences Research Center (VSRC) will hold its 27th Annual Symposium on Friday May 30th in the Wolstein Research Building Auditorium. Our VSRC is privileged to be the home of some of the nation’s most respected and recognized vision researchers and academicians.

Keynote speaker for the day will be Vadim Arshavsky, PhD, Professor of Ophthalmology at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. He will be presenting “The photoreceptor outer segment: How to build a sensory ciliary organelle.” Additional presentations will also be given throughout the day featuring the work being done in the various laboratories comprising the VSRC, as well as neighboring vision research institutes.
