Students of all majors are invited to join the TiE Youth Chapter at Weatherhead School of Management for its 2013 kickoff, Thursday, March 28. The event will feature three speakers, hors d’oeuvres and networking with TiE Ohio and local entrepreneurs. Ratanjit Sondhe, an immigrant-entrepreneur success story who calls Cleveland his home, will present “Finding Your True Passion,” while Jim Doughman of Jumpstart Inc. will discuss entrepreneurship in Cleveland and Jim Cole of Sequent and TiE Youth will discuss the group’s mission.
The kickoff event will be held March 28 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Peter B. Lewis Building Room 201. Admission is free for Case Western Reserve students, and $5 for the public.
At the event, TiE will raffle off 15 tickets to an exclusive reception with Unni Narayanan, the Silicon Valley entrepreneur who created the Amazing Ants iPhone/iPad app. The reception will be hosted Saturday, March 30, in Shaker Heights, with food and drinks provided.
