Beginning this week, a meditation group for students will meet every Friday at 3:30 p.m. on the second floor of University Health Services. This is a drop-in group for any student interested in learning more about meditation.
Elements of insight meditation and visualization exercises also will be incorporated.
The meetings are ideal for both novices and experienced meditators.
