The Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities, the Speakers Committee of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, and the Program of Women’s and Gender Studies will present “Identity, Authority, and Authenticity in Language Policy: Reflections from the Peruvian Andes,” a talk by Virginia Zavala.
Zavala, professor in the Departments of Humanities at Pontificia Universidad Católica, in Lima, Perú, will give her presentation on Monday, March 23, at 4:30 p.m. in Clark Hall, Room 309. A reception will follow the lecture.
