PeopleSoft Financials will be upgraded to version 9.2 on April 20. The upgrade brings improvements to the user interface as well as changes to how some processes are conducted. Starting Monday, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials Team will host information sessions to provide users with an overview of the forthcoming changes.
The “town hall” style sessions will be held at the following times and locations. Each session will provide attendees with the same information, so attending multiple sessions is not necessary. Any member of the university community is welcome to attend.
- 1 p.m. Monday, April 6, in NOA 31A Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing
- 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, in Ford Auditorium, Allen Memorial Medical Library
- 2 p.m. Monday, April 13, in Strosacker Auditorium
Training materials are being updated to reflect the changes in PeopleSoft Financials 9.2. More information about the upgrade will be posted in The Daily as it becomes available.
