Men and women interested in Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing) are invited to a free demonstration by local Muay Thai experts Wednesday, Feb. 5, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Adlebert Gym.
Attendees will be invited to participate by learning some basic strikes and movements.
The event also will be used to gauge interest in a Case Western Reserve University Muay Thai Club.
More information will be provided at the event. Shorts or sweatpants are recommended attire.
