The Asian Women Faculty Association will hold a discussion titled “Getting What You Need Out of Mentoring and Figuring Out What You Need.”
This Flora Stone Mather Center for Women event will be held Friday, April 29, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 248.
Facilitated by Keimei Sugiyama, a doctoral student studying organizational behavior, the session will address the following questions:
- How do you find a mentor?
- What types of issues does mentoring cover?
- What’s the difference between collaboration and a mentor?
