The Center for International Affairs will host the second annual Asian Mid-Autumn Festival Thursday, Sept. 22, from 7 to 9 p.m. in Thwing Center atrium.
Celebrated throughout Asia, the harvest festival is observed with mooncakes and family gatherings in appreciation of a successful harvest and for the moon in the sky.
The event will feature authentic games, food, music and more. The first 200 guests will receive a gift.
All students, staff, faculty, family and community members are invited to the free celebration.
This event is part of the Center for International Affairs’ Cultural Celebrations Series.
