CWRU-led research project in Ethiopia lands $1.2 million foundation grant

Crain’s Cleveland Business: Beverly Saylor, the Armington Professor, is leading an interdisciplinary global team of scientists to research how ecological factors affect evolution with a $1.2 million grant from the W.M. Keck Foundation. About 30 scientists working on the project have expertise in fields ranging from geology and paleoanthropology to geochronology and paleoclimate.
