David Cooperrider, the Char and Chuck Fowler Professor of Business as an Agent of World Benefit at Weatherhead School of Management, penned an article with alumna Lindsey Godwin (GRS ’08, organizational behavior) that recently earned an accolade.
Titled “Our Earthshot Moment: Net Positive OD for the Creation of a World of Full Spectrum Flourishing,” the article was chosen for Organization Development Network’s 2023 Outstanding Article of the Year award.
This award annually recognizes an outstanding, substantive, research-grounded article published in OD Review, an academic journal that brings together scholarly and practitioner perspectives to foster greater understanding, improved practice, new research and innovations for critical issues in the organizational development field.
