An article by Matthew Rossman, professor of law and co-director of the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center, was selected for publication in Brooklyn Law Review’s summer 2014 edition.
The article is titled “Evaluating Trickle Down Charity – A Solution for Determining When Economic Development Aimed at Revitalizing America’s Cities and Regions is Really Charitable.”
In addition, Rossman served as a judge in a business plan competition held by the Economic & Community Development Institute, which is a lender to and incubator of Cleveland-based microenterprises. This year, third-year law students enrolled in the Law School’s Community Development Clinic will provide legal counseling services to the winners of the competition.
