Researchers at Case Western Reserve University need your help! We are currently conducting a research study on fatigue and childhood brain injury and need children who have and have not experienced a brain injury. After talking with a researcher and giving your consent, you and your child will both complete three online surveys. The first survey will take about 30 minutes to complete and the second and third surveys will take less than 5 minutes to complete. You’ll be asked questions about your child and your child will be asked questions about themselves. After completing the surveys, your child will receive a $15 Amazon gift card.
