April 19 Deadline for Applications to New Provost Office Leadership Roles

The Office of the Provost is pleased to announce four open leadership positions with a start date of July 1, 2024. These internal searches are reserved for individuals holding the rank of tenured, full professor.

Among the available roles are three existing positions that have been re-envisioned to meet the evolving needs of the university:

  1. Vice Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies & Postdoctoral Affairs
  2. Faculty Director, Office of Faculty Advancement
  3. Faculty Director, International Affairs

In addition to these established roles, a new position has been developed to address the growing demands within the university community:

  1. Associate Provost for Interdisciplinary Initiatives

This new role is a response to the increasing number of centers and institutes reporting to the Office of the Provost. The Associate Provost for Interdisciplinary Initiatives will play a vital role in supporting these entities, fostering interdisciplinary connections, and advancing the university’s academic mission and research endeavors.
