The Social Justice Institute is accepting applications from first-, second- and third-year undergraduate students at Case Western Reserve University for the Social Justice Scholars reading group. Applications are due Friday, May 10.
In fall 2024, selected participants will receive two books and any subsequent readings, and will receive a $250 award for their full participation over the fall semester. Participants agree to be responsible for reading all of the assigned materials, and must attend all five planning and discussion sessions. Students can apply to continue as a Social Justice Scholar in the spring semester (with an additional stipend), which will build on the fall semester learning.
