Orientation planning for fall 2025 is already well underway, and the Office of Orientation and New Student Transitions is seeking orientation leaders who will help welcome another group of first-year and transfer students to Case Western Reserve University.
Orientation leaders share their excitement and knowledge about Case Western Reserve University with new students and their families, provide crucial support to new members of the university community, and assist in their transition to life at CWRU during Discover Week.
Before applying, applicants are required to attend an information session to learn about the expectations, time commitments, compensation and application process. Learn how to become an orientation leader and register for an information session.
Members of the CWRU community also can nominate bright and energetic undergraduate students to serve as orientation leaders next fall. Faculty, staff and students can make nominations by completing the nomination form.
Nominations will be accepted through Friday, Jan. 17. Individuals can nominate as many students as they believe would be strong candidates. The office will reach out to selected nominees to invite them to learn more about the position and to apply. With questions, contact the Office of Orientation and New Student Transitions at 216.368.1352 or orientation@case.edu.
