Kelvin Smith Library offers carrels for graduate students to work quietly for the entire academic year and keep personal study items. The carrels are on the main floor near the journal shelving, on the third floor in the Quiet Reading Room and along the third-floor stacks perimeter.
Each carrel features two locking bins to store materials, a mounted task light and electrical outlets.
Graduate students can apply for carrels through Sept. 7 through a Google Form to be entered into a lottery. Winners will be notified shortly after the deadline.
