The Flora Stone Mather Center for Women invites STEM faculty members to participate in the STEM Allyship Training Initiative. This program is designed to train key faculty members to be better allies and mentors to their colleagues to build a culture that is not only aware of our biases, but actively works against them.
STEM Allyship also is a “train the trainer” program.
The training program includes:
- A four hour training, led by Bowling Green State University staff on Friday, April 4;
- A pre-workshop online module (two to three hours); and
- $1,000 in professional development/research funds.
The deadline to apply for this program is Monday, March 17. Complete the interest form.Those with questions or concerns about the training can email Leslie Lim at lxl1004@case.edu.
