CWRU undergraduate students invited to apply for enrollment associate position at School of Medicine

Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (SOM) invites all undergraduate students to apply for an Enrollment Management Associate Internship position. This is a full-time paid position ($12/hour) with the goal to work 40 hours during the summer break.

The associate will work on enrollment management initiatives with the goal to support the mission of the School of Medicine. Under the direction of a full-time staff enrollment management staff member, the enrollment associate will coordinate with various academic departments at SOM to execute various projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Assisting the full-time staff in enrollment data review and analytics
  • Conduct interviews with current students and professionals in different disciplines. This may include going to campus and community events as well
  • Lead independent research to identify and benchmark competitors
  • Conduct workforce analysis utilizing available market and industry benchmarking information
  • Provide research outcome and apply insights garnered to develop recommendations for supporting the next-level objectives 
  • Create visual content such as photos, reels, and graphics to capture community engagement. 

Qualifications 

Essential qualifications:

  • Strong interest or experience in enrollment or admissions and demonstrated ability to project manage initiatives to implementation
  • Ability to work with data, specifically in the areas of data visualization and/or reporting 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Proven track record of independent thinking and ingenious approaches to problem solving
  • Experience utilizing Internet and advanced researching skills to gather information from public and private database and news services 
  • Comfortable going to large events, being around people and engaging.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or other analytics software 
  • Knowledge of graphic design, photography editing tools, use of visuals
