MetroLab Network is now accepting applications for the second iteration of the Student Cup competition.
As early-career civic researchers, students bring new ways of thinking, new ideas, and energy to civic research partnerships. Student projects help grow long-lasting relationships and collaboration between students and city governments. MetroLab is highlighting projects and ideas developed by undergraduate and graduate students from MetroLab Network Member universities. Therefore, they are hosting another iteration of the MetroLab Student Cup!
Interested students should complete the online application by 11:59 p.m. (EST) on March 1 2022. Finalists will present their projects to a team of judges from government, academia, and civic organizations during MetroLab Network’s 2022 Summit. Up to five winners will be selected and awarded $1000, with one grand prize winner who will be featured in the MetroLab Network Innovation of the Month series through their partnership with GovTech.
