The Plain Dealer: Anthony Sowell was expected to address jurors Friday about why he should be spared the death penalty. But because of the overwhelming evidence against him, Lewis Katz, John C. Hutchins Professor in the School of Law, doubts Sowell’s statement would have much impact.
