The Antarctic Search for Meteorites (ANSMET) program was featured in an episode of NASA’s “On a Mission” podcast. Ralph Harvey, professor in the Department of Earth, Environmental and Planetary Sciences, has been a principal investigator of the program since 1996.
ANSMET involves a small group of researchers who travel to the arctic in order to search for meteorites.
