Ruqaiijah Yearby, professor of law and associate director of the Law-Medicine Center, will give the upcoming Power of Diversity Faculty Lecture, sponsored by the Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity.
Her lecture, “Separate and Unequal Health Care in a ‘Post-Racial’ World: The Paradox of Fixing Racial Disparities in Health Without Addressing Racial Bias,” will take place Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 3 p.m. in the Thwing Center’s 1914 Lounge.
