The Office of Education Abroad recently selected the winners of its 2025 Study Abroad Photo Contest. Case Western Reserve University students who had studied abroad in the past calendar year were eligible to share photos from their studies to be considered for an award in one of six categories: Overall Winner, Faculty Favorite, Spartans Abroad, Living Locally, Global Learning or Perfect Postcard.
The honorees for each category were:
- Overall Winner: Aneta Mullins – Invisible Groups in a New Poland, Spring Break 2025
- Faculty Favorite: Anurag Gupta – EMBA Study Tour, Indonesia, Summer 2024
- Spartans Abroad: Grace Jung – Yonsei University, Spring 2025
- Living Locally: Darin Hall – National Tsing Hua University, Spring 2025
- Global Learning: Kaitlyn Booher – Universidad Pontificia Comillas Law Exchange (Concurrent Degree Program), AY 2024-2025
- Perfect Postcard: Dhoopshikha Basgeet – Managing in a Global Economy – Exploring Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability: Iceland, Spring Break 2025
The winners received monetary prizes.
