Join Kelvin Smith Library and The Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University for their very first alumni-authored book discussion. For this inaugural event, Case Western Reserve Professor Marilyn Sanders Mobley (GRS ‘87) will discuss her book, Folk Roots and Mythic Wings In Sarah Orne Jewett and Toni Morrison: The Cultural Function of Narrative. The discussion takes place on Saturday, June 8, from 11 a.m. to noon in Kelvin Smith Library, Classroom 215.

A light brunch will be served.

A simultaneous online presentation will allow alumni across the country to listen to the discussion, pose questions and engage with Mobley, whose book is available online or at your local library.
