Alumni Association’s ”Trustbelt Symposium” with county executives now open to CWRU community

CWRU Trustbelt SymposiumThe Cleveland Chapter of The Alumni Association invites all faculty, staff and students to join CWRU alumni and county executives Feb. 20 for Trustbelt 2013: A new series of discussions to promote regional collaboration.

Trustbelt Symposium 2013 will feature a discussion between Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald and Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald, moderated by Plain Dealer associate editor Joe Frolik.

The symposium, which is $5 for Case Western Reserve University faculty, staff, students and alumni, will take place Feb. 20 from 6:45 to 8 p.m. in Thwing Center ballroom. A networking reception will begin at 6 p.m.

The next Trustbelt Symposium will take place at CMU in Pittsburgh in April 2013, and will be moderated by a Pittsburgh journalist.
