Alliance for Non-Traditional and Transfer Students Cleveland Indians game

The Alliance for Non-traditional and Transfer Students (A.N.T.S.) will host a free summer outing to watch the Cleveland Indians baseball game Sunday, July 21, at Progressive Field (2401 Ontario St.). First pitch is at 1:10 p.m.

All students, faculty and staff are invited to join A.N.T.S. for the event to learn about the nontraditional experience in a relaxed environment. The event is free, but registration through CampusGroups is required.

About A.N.T.S.

The Undergraduate Student Government recognized the organization this past spring. The group was created to help non-traditional and transfer students feel welcome on campus as well as to provide resources that implement a level of scaffolding for success.

“Being a nontraditional older student can be a lonely and confusing experience,” said Dora Lake, president of A.N.T.S. “Creating an environment or a group that eases that discomfort is important, and we need scaffolding to create an environment conducive to success.”
