RePlay for Kids will hold a toy repair and modification workshop Monday, Feb. 8, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Crawford Hall, Room A09 to benefit children with disabilities in Northeast Ohio.
At the workshop, there will be toys that need to be adapted so a child with a disability can use them and some that need minor repairs. There also will be communication devices that need minor repairs.
The toys are adapted by adding a second switch parallel to the existing one. Most of the repairs involve testing and fixing broken wires or other simple repairs.
Those who would like to come to workshop don’t need to attend for the full time.
