“Acknowledging the Emotional Toll in the Fight for Racial Justice”

People across the country—and in our own campus community—faced anxiety and stress related to the recent verdict in the Derek Chauvin/George Floyd case. To address this, the Office of Multicultural Affairs will host a session titled “Acknowledging the Emotional Toll in the Fight for Racial Justice” today (April 22) from noon to 1 p.m. This community space to debrief and check in with one another is open to all Case Western Reserve University students, faculty and staff.

As there is a continued fight for racial justice, this event will provide an opportunity for members of the community to share their perspectives and hear from others.
