As Case Western Reserve University welcomes new and returning students to campus this month, Access Services will set up a satellite location to serve students during Discover Week.
From Monday, Aug. 21, through Friday, Aug. 25, Access Services will use the Student Organization Center in Tinkham Veale University Center to serve all students.
Students can visit this location from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to obtain student IDs, parking permits and stickers for their RTA passes.
Access Services is dedicated to serve the entire CWRU community. While the satellite location has been set up specifically to serve student needs, faculty and staff members can still visit the main service center on the lower level of Crawford Hall.
All first-year undergraduate students should pick up their student IDs at University Housing during move-in or Discover Days check-in.
Returning undergraduate and graduate students can visit the Access Services satellite location at Tinkham Veale University Center to replace a lost, stolen or damaged student ID.
Any student interested in purchasing a parking permit can visit the Tinkham Veale University Center satellite location. Students should bring a copy of either their CWRU student ID or a government-issued photo ID, along with the year, make and model of their vehicle.
Undergraduate, commuter students can visit the satellite office in Tinkham Veale University Center to pick up their RTA stickers from Access Services. Undergraduate, residential students will pick up their RTA stickers from the housing office. Graduate students will pick up their RTA stickers directly from their associated school.
