Access Services to offer a temporary satellite center during Discover Week

Case Western Reserve students who need IDs or parking permits are encouraged to visit the Access Services satellite center in the Tinkham Veale University Center (TVUC) during the week of Aug. 22-26, to avoid congestion at the location on the lower level of Crawford Hall.

The temporary office will be located in the Student Organization Center (TVUC 150) behind the grand staircase on the first floor and will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during Discover Week.

IDs

First-year undergraduate students should pick up their IDs at University Housing during move-in or Discover Days check-in events.

Returning undergraduate and graduate students who need a replacement ID, and graduate students who are not issued an ID from their school, can get those at the satellite location in TVUC.

Students needing a university ID card should bring a government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, passport or state ID.

Parking permits

Students purchasing a parking permit will need a government-issued photo ID, their driver’s license number and the make, model and license plate number of the vehicle.

If a parking permit was purchased online, it can be picked up at the TVUC location.
