Adrienne LaFrance, executive editor of The Atlantic, will be in conversation with Walt Hunter, chair of the Department of English at Case Western Reserve University and a contributing editor for The Atlantic, Friday, Feb. 24, at 3:15 p.m. in the Guilford House parlor.
Before becoming executive editor, LaFrance was a senior editor and staff writer at The Atlantic, and the editor of TheAtlantic.com. Prior to joining The Atlantic in 2014, LaFrance was an investigative reporter for several local and national news organizations, covering politics, technology, and media. She has worked as a reporter at Nieman Journalism Lab, WBUR, Hawaii Public Radio, Honolulu Weekly, and Honolulu Civil Beat. Her writing has also appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and several other newspapers and magazines.
