Celebrate 50 years of Cuyahoga River rebirth with the author of the acclaimed The Soil Will Save Us, Kristin Ohlson. Ohlson combines culinary and science in a tale of farmers and foodies who heal soil and save water. The Crooked River Conversation will take place Tuesday, April 2, at 5 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Ballroom A
The event will also include riveting short films about family farmers, vintners and ranchers as part of Carbon Nation, the award-winning series by director and University of Arizona professor Peter Byck.
