School of Law Dean Lawrence Mitchell’s article “Financialism: A (Very) Brief History” has been reprinted in the latest issue of Tsinghua Law Journal in the Chinese translation.
In addition, Mitchell has written a new blog post, titled “Jobs: Fact, fiction, and how to get one: Part one: Putting the job market in context.” In it, he puts the weak job outlook into perspective, especially comparing it to that in the early 1990s.
