Beginner’s Yoga

Learn the basics of yoga to help you feel more confident and stronger in your practice. Our workshop is for the beginner yoga student who wants to get a little deeper knowledge of the practice and for the skeptic who is not sure if yoga is right for them and would like to learn more.
This workshop will cover:
- The Meaning of Yoga
- Yoga Etiquette
- Breathing Techniques
- Correct Body Alignment
- Beginner Poses
- Adjustments
- Open Forum – Time for Questions, Concerns, Etc.
We will also have a short practice, so dress comfortably and bring your mat!
$30 for the 2-hour session with advanced registration, $35 at the door. Next Level members always receive 10% off workshops!
