Students can gain a better understanding of their talents and strengths potential through the StrengthsQuest initiative offered through the Office of Student Activities & Leadership.
Students can start by taking the Clifton StrengthsFinder, a 30-minute online assessment.
After taking the assessment, students have numerous opportunities to learn more about their unique strengths. They can attend a Strengths 101 workshop to discover how to interpret their assessments.
After attending a 101 session, students are encouraged to attend an advanced session, schedule a one-on-one Strengths Conversation or request a specific Strengths Workshop for their organization or group.
The following workshops are planned for spring 2019:
- Strengths 101: Jan. 22 at 3:30 p.m.
- Strengths & Communication: Jan. 30 at 4 p.m.
- Strengths & Identity: Feb. 5 at 3:30 p.m.
