Briana McIntosh, community health engagement coordinator for the Prevention Research Center for Healthy Neighborhoods, recently was part of a presentation at the American Public Health Association’s annual meeting.
The presentation highlighted the Health Improvement Partnership-Cuyahoga consortium efforts to implement policy-, systems- and environmental-change strategies to increase health equity in Greater Cleveland.
The presentation was titled “HIP-Cuyahoga: Partnering to Increase Access and Create Opportunities for Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, and Quality Chronic Disease Care in Under-resourced Communities.”
