In the coming weeks, some Case Western Reserve University applications will undergo scheduled maintenance, resulting in outages.
QuikPay, the system used by students, staff and other authorized users to process certain credit card payments (such as tuition bills and deposits), will be unavailable Monday, Dec. 17, from 1:15 to 4:15 a.m.
The EMS Room Reservation System (or the Spartan Reservation System), which covers most academic and non-academic spaces that can be reserved at CWRU, will be unavailable Thursday, Dec. 20, from midnight to 5 p.m.
PeopleSoft Human Capital Management will be unavailable during two periods:
- Friday, Dec. 28, from 12:05 to 9:00 a.m.; and
- Friday, Dec. 28, at 10 p.m. to Saturday, Dec. 29, at 7 a.m.
Those reporting exceptions on Case Western Reserve University timesheets should plan accordingly.
