In recent months, Juscelino F. Colares, law professor and associate director of the Frederick K. Cox International Law Center, has published and presented on a variety of topics related to international trade.
A forthcoming article, “The Reality of EU-Conformity Review in France,” will be published in the Columbia Journal of European Law. In addition, his article titled “The Limits of WTO Adjudication: Is Compliance the Problem?” appeared in the Journal of International Economic Law.
Recent presentations include the panel “Trade and Jobs” at the Canada-United States Law Institute Annual Conference and “Trade Imbalances and Liquidity-Induced Bubbles: Replacing the View of Trade and Finance Flows as a Morality Play with Concrete International Monetary Reform Proposals” at the annual conference of the American Society of International Law/International Economic Law Group, among others.
