- “Trump takes on car regulations,” published by National Review, examined President Donald Trump’s proposal to freeze fuel-economy standard;
- “Is the Supreme Court limiting Chevron’s domain?” published by Reason, highlighted how different justices have interpreted the important legal standard of Chevron deference;
- “Confirmations during investigations” published by Reason, determined whether U.S. Supreme Court confirmations have been made in previous presidential investigations; and
- “Limiting who enters is a legitimate function of the sovereign state,” published by Reason, was part of a debate on immigration policy.
