One to One Fitness Center will host three programs that are free and open to the public this summer: Yoga on the Quad, Outdoor Tai Chi and Walking Club.
Yoga on the Quad began June 5 and will continue meeting on Tuesdays throughout the summer at noon behind Adelbert Hall. The first session of Outdoor Tai Chi was held June 6 and will continue to take place every Wednesday in June at noon by the wind turbine. In May, the Walking Club began meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at noon in front of One to One Fitness Center. The club will continue meeting on those days throughout the summer. People of all fitness levels are welcome to participate.
