Join Bob Hall, director of Case Western Reserve University’s Professional Development Center, and Denise Douglas, associate dean of executive education in the Weatherhead School of Management, for an online seminar titled “Introduction to Emotional Intelligence.”
Hall and Douglas will explore the topic of emotional intelligence and why it is such an important skill to build upon for your professional and personal life. They have spoken about, taught and coached others on the development of emotional intelligence competencies for several years and bring a diversity of knowledge and experiences to the discussion.
The presenters will explore areas of commonality in various models of emotional intelligence, as well how you can apply your emotional intelligence for improved decision-making. They’ll discuss the research and the practical things you can do to improve your skills in this area.
