The American Society of Mechanical Engineers will hold Certified SolidWorks Associate exam prep Sunday, Dec. 10, from 4 to 7 p.m. in Glennan Building, Room 822. The prep is in advance of the exam, which will be offered Monday, Dec. 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the fifth floor of Sears think[box].
The SolidWorks computer program offers 3-D modeling software and is a tool beneficial for engineering and art/design students. This certification could help students stand out during job applications.

The students who will help out with this preparation event are already certified.
Pizza will be provided at the exam prep.
Exam details
The exam takes a maximum of three hours to finish, so students should arrive in a timely manner. For Case Western Reserve University students, this exam is free compared to the usual $99.
