University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center College Volunteer Opportunities for Spring Semester
Our schedule is listed below for upcoming Informational Sessions. If you are interested in participating please select the Informational Session you would like to attend and send your request to Trina.Killings@UHHospitals.org. Once we receive your request you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that you will also be required to attend a General Orientation and if interested in a Rainbow placement you will be required to attend the Rainbow Training. So please keep these dates in mind when making future plans. After registering please complete the online application and have your references complete the reference form and submit. You will need 2 references from someone in a leadership/advisory role. The information sessions fill rapidly. For the greatest selection of opportunities and shifts attend the first informational session.

• Wednesday, January 24 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Bolwell A
• Tuesday, January 30 5:00 pm-7:00 pm Bolwell A

General Orientation Sessions (one session mandatory):

• Friday, February 2 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Wearn Conference Room
• Saturday, February 10 9:00 am – 11 am Rainbow Amphitheatre

Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital Training:

• Thursday, February 15 4:00 – 8:00 pm Kulas Auditorium

Please note all applications and both references must be received by January 15th, 2018 in order to attend any session. If we have not received your documents by January 15th, 2018 your reservation will be forfeited.
